My Grandmother was the best influence anyone could have. She taught me all of nature.
She taught me to cook, and I mean really cook, I know how food is made without recipes, you should see my bread.
She taught me to walk on the side of traffic, open doors for women and basically be a gentleman.

She taught me to grow anything, identify most all plants and flowers, edible or not.
I guess nothing really gives me pleasure like fishing or gardening.
I can disappear into the woods for months or years without anyone ever seeing me. (Not that I want to).
I dislike clutter and you won't find a dirty dish in my sink. Nor clothes on the floor. (It is NOT a white glove cleaning, just a place for things and things in their place.) Damn Yall are sensitive and extreme.
I can build a fire with two sticks, which perplexes my daughter to no end.
I am an old soul, and wonder at the sky scrapers growing up across the country.
Me and coffee fight every morning, it absolutely refuses to make itself ;) EVEN after I drag myself across the house to get it.
I program in 18 Computer Languages, and have published 4 books on Coding.
I like Gummy Bears, but I don't eat the green ones.

I've traveled the world, achieved what I needed to in a career. I can take that lifestyle, or leave it, just as easy. My career had me jumping city to city for 32 years roughly. LOTS of free time in Hotels.
I do not need someone who has done like me, Calm is good, cuddling is good. I prefer meatloaf and green beans to restaurants.
I don't like sports so if that is your thing, skip me :)
